Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Performance Video Creative to own paid video across product launches, campaigns, and always-on activity. You will craft platform-native concepts for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X, and lead AI-generated pieces while maintaining top-level craft and fast turnarounds.

You will work with the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design to push rapid iteration, test-driven decision making, and scalable localization across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading high-volume performance video work in-house or at an agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating paid video work, with AI-generated/assisted pieces and test-driven results.
• Strong video craft from concept to final cut, including sound design.
• Proficient with gen AI video/image tooling and ability to ship work.
• Explainable platform-native reasoning for Meta, TikTok and YouTube formats.

Responsibilities

• Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
• Build assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X with platform-specific specs.
• Concept and cut performance video into cross-format, cross-market sets.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, maintaining a repeatable workflow.
• Bring briefs to life with culturally timely concepts and test-driven iterations.
• Localize and version assets across markets and languages, managing multiple streams.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams for approvals.
• Maintain high craft standards and clean file organization for reuse.
