Kraken is seeking a Senior Performance Video Creative to own and ship paid video across Kraken Consumer campaigns, launches, and always-on activity. You will lead AI-enabled production, balancing speed with craft, and ensuring assets work across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance video creative at high-volume in-house or agency, fintech/crypto preferred.
• Portfolio submission with application: include two full video cuts and AI-generated pieces with notes.

Responsibilities

• Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across launches, campaigns and always-on.
• Build for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X, with platform-specific specs.
• Concept and cut cross-format sets; produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video.
• Localize and translate assets across markets, formats and regulations.
• Work with briefs, test designs and measure outcomes to drive next ideas.
• Maintain high craft, clean files, and cross-team collaboration.
