Job summary

ARB Interactive in the United States is seeking a versatile Performance Creative Associate to bring our brand, games, and marketing campaigns to life through high-impact video content. This AI-native role moves from idea to video in days, shaping hooks, scripts, and footage using AI across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube, with remote or hybrid work options.

You'll collaborate with UA and marketing editors, test concepts, and scale winners with faster workflows while building a reusable video

Qualifications

• 2-3 years editing video or producing content, ideally in gaming, entertainment or performance marketing.
• Fluent with AI tools for video, image and voice generation.
• Experience making video for paid social or other performance-driven channels, with platform specs (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Generate your own ideas, hooks and scripts rather than waiting for briefs.
• Ability to read performance numbers and decide what to make next.
• Strong sense of pacing, timing and opening hooks; able to multitask without loss of quality.

Responsibilities

• Take rough ideas and turn them into testable videos in days, not weeks.
• Write hooks and scripts, then build from gameplay, creator footage and AI-generated material.
• Use AI video, image and voice tools, plus AI-assisted storyboarding to test more ideas.
• Create rough video cuts quickly, focusing on core ideas.
• Read performance metrics and shape future concepts.
• Scale winners with new hooks, creators, higher production value, and platform-native versions.
• Keep the video library organized and tagged to reveal patterns.
• Collaborate with UA and marketing editors to align weekly goals.
• Drive social content production and viral creation across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.
• Find faster, better ways of working as the team grows.
