Kraken is seeking a world-class AI Video Editor who thrives at the intersection of creativity, performance marketing, and AI tech. You’ll generate dozens of localized, platform-optimized video assets across languages and regions for YouTube, Meta, Reddit, X, TikTok, and more.

You’ll lead end-to-end production, collaborating with Growth Marketing, Creative, Content, and Affiliate teams, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools to deliver high-velocity, compliant content globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered video editors (Google Veo 3, Runway, Pika, Synthesia).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing creative for short-form ads.
• Ability to produce videos across multiple formats, languages, regions at high velocity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and produce 35+ performance marketing videos monthly.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Affiliate, Brand and Regional teams.
• Own end-to-end video production pipeline — concept to post-production.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across regions and platforms.
• Continuously test and optimize video creative using data-driven insights.
• Build scalable templates and workflows for localization and high-volume production.
• Stay ahead of AI editing advancements and best practices.
