Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer, AI-Driven Red Team & Tooling, to build production-grade AI agents and offensive tooling and to prove them in real engagements across pen tests, purple-team exercises, and red-team operations.

The role blends hands-on AI engineering with offensive security, including testing of enterprise AI systems. Responsibilities cover developing an integrated toolchain, running live assessments, and expanding capabilities with scalable cloud-based

Qualifications

4+ years in offensive security roles with end-to-end engagement delivery
Hands-on designing, building, or operating AI agents or LLM applications
Experience testing AI/ML systems including prompt injection and adversarial techniques
Production experience with at least one major Cloud Service Provider

Responsibilities

Build production-quality agentic offensive tooling including LLM-driven planning loops and multi-agent orchestration
Run penetration tests across networks, web apps, cloud, and infrastructure with tooling support
Run purple-team exercises to validate security controls and improve detection
Run red-team operations and adversarial testing of enterprise AI systems and pipelines
