Job summary

Humana Inc in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer, AI-Driven Red Team & Tooling, to build AI-based offensive tooling and use it in real engagements.

You’ll run penetration tests, purple-team exercises, and red-team operations, applying an offensive lens to Humana’s AI systems and enterprise defenses. This role blends production software engineering with hands-on security testing in a remote-friendly setup, with occasional travel and a bonus incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Offensive operations experience: 4+ years in Red Team, Pen Testing, Purple Team, or Bug Bounty.
• Production Python engineering: you build and operate real tooling.
• You've built with agentic AI: designing, building, or operating AI agents, tool calls, and orchestration.
• You've attacked AI: prompt injection, jailbreaking, and adversarial techniques.
• Cloud fluency: production experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic offensive tooling: production-grade software and AI agents with tool/calls and multi-agent orchestration.
• Run penetration tests across network, web apps, cloud, and infrastructure with tooling support.
• Run purple-team exercises to validate defenses and improve detections.
• Run red-team operations and assess enterprise AI, including ML systems, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
