Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer, AI-Driven Red Team & Tooling, to build production-grade AI agents and orchestration tooling.

You will conduct live engagements—penetration tests, purple-team exercises, and red-team operations—while applying offensive AI to enterprise AI systems. You will work with an integrated cloud platform at scale, delivering measurable improvements to security testing workflows and threat emulation.

Qualifications

• Offensive operations experience: 4+ years in red team, pentest, purple team, or bug bounty with end-to-end engagements.
• Production Python engineering: you build and operate real tooling, not only scripts.
• You've built with agentic AI: hands-on designing, building, or operating AI agents or LLM applications: agentic workflows, tool/function-calling, and orchestration.
• You've attacked AI: hands-on testing of AI/ML systems: prompt injection, jailbreaking, and adversarial techniques.
• Cloud fluency: production experience with at least one major Cloud Service Provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Build agentic offensive tooling: write production-quality software and AI agents; contribute to the in-house agent platform; operate a production, event-driven cloud platform at scale.
• Run penetration tests across network, web, cloud, and infrastructure with tooling support.
• Run purple-team exercises to validate defenses with detection engineering.
• Run red-team operations and test the enterprise's own AI systems, including adversarial evaluation and guardrails testing.
