Cloudflare in Austin, TX is seeking a Principal Integrated Marketing Program Manager to shape our AI-powered marketing engine. You’ll own the AI roadmap, define cross-functional programs, and drive scale across the global marketing organization.

You’ll bring 8+ years in integrated marketing, deep B2B marketing knowledge, and a product mindset to build and ship high-impact AI solutions. This is a hybrid, full-time role with a strong emphasis on leadership and influence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in integrated marketing or related role.
• Deep knowledge of B2B marketing—campaigns, demand gen, analytics.
• Comfort building with AI tools: agents, skills, prompt engineering, MCP integrations, no-code/low-code platforms.
• Product management mindset: intake, backlog, iteration, adoption, measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional executive communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the marketing AI roadmap and identify cross-functional opportunities.
• Build business cases for AI investments with quantified opportunities and success metrics.
• Directly build and ship AI solutions for high-impact programs that reshape marketing operations.
• Manage intake of AI requests and triage strategic programs vs. self-serve guidance.
