Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Principal Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end campaign strategy for a core solution. You will own the lifecycle from strategy to launch, partnering with Product Marketing and regional teams to drive awareness and pipeline growth.

You will craft narratives, manage multi-channel campaigns, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and ROI.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience in Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, ABM, or Customer Marketing.
• Proven track record of end-to-end campaign management and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with creative solutions under constraints.
• Experience with AI tools (OpenCode, Claude, Gemini).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting information for smart decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, PFL, Goldcast, Tableau.
• Bias for action and willingness to experiment with new approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete campaign lifecycle from planning through launch and optimization.
• Define campaign narrative, target audiences, and success metrics.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Brand and Digital teams.
• Translate customer challenges into compelling campaign messages across the funnel.
• Develop and oversee creation of campaign content with internal and external resources.
• Write campaign copy using existing messaging frameworks.
• Ensure content consistency across all touchpoints.
• Launch and manage campaigns across multiple channels (content syndication, paid, email, direct mail, webinar, sales/BD).
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize for ROI.
• Track KPIs and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
