Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Lead Learning Product Manager to own the platform learning experience for customers, partners, and internal practitioners. You will define how users discover and demonstrate skills across in-product journeys, training, and AI-assisted guidance.

Partner with engineering, UX, curriculum, and go-to-market teams to translate pedagogy into scalable platform capabilities, from adaptive learning flows to analytics demonstrating real skill development.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management, UX-focused roles, or learning platforms in B2B SaaS or data/AI products.
• End-to-end ownership: strategy, roadmap, PRDs, engineering collaboration, and delivering impact.
• Experience with learning systems, LMS, education analytics, in-product guidance, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems on the Databricks platform.
• Design experiences triggered by work context to surface targeted knowledge.
• Translate learning goals into platform capabilities (learner models, skills graphs, progress tracking, adaptive paths, assessments, feedback).
• Collaborate with UX/content design to embed guidance into the workflow.
• Ensure reliability, security, and scale for global enterprise.
• Develop analytics signals to identify skills gaps and guide interventions.
• Build tooling for enablement teams to deliver personalized learning at scale.
• Provide dashboards and in-product insights on skills and progress.
