Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Lead Learning Product Manager to own the platform learning experience for customers, partners, and internal practitioners. You will define how users discover, practice, and demonstrate skills across in-product journeys, training, and AI-assisted guidance.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, curriculum, and go-to-market teams to translate pedagogical goals into scalable platform capabilities, from adaptive paths to analytics that prove skill development.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product management, UX-focused product roles, or learning platforms in B2B SaaS or data/AI products.
• Experience owning a product area end to end: strategy, roadmap, PRDs, shipping features.
• Experience with learning systems, LMS, education analytics, or in-product guidance.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for AI-first learning systems on the Databricks platform.
• Design experiences triggered by user context to surface knowledge with minimal friction.
• Translate pedagogical goals into platform capabilities (learner models, skills graphs, paths).
• Collaborate with UX, content design, and education teams to enable self-service configuration and experimentation.
