You will shape the technical strategy for Learning, drive execution across product and engineering, and partner with GTM to ensure scalable, consumer‑facing learning platforms that reach millions of learners globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including 2+ years managing other managers.
• Staff‑level IC background with full‑stack experience before pivoting to management.
• Experience scaling engineering teams from 10 to 30+ engineers.
• Track record building and scaling consumer‑facing products from 0→1 through scale.
• Excitement for product‑led growth and applying AI in a real product.
• Experience designing scalable, distributed SaaS systems.
• Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and GTM partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategy and the product roadmap for Learning within self‑serve growth.
• Own execution and delivery to scale a 0→1 product to millions of learners.
• Establish engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and performance at scale.
• Collaborate across R&D, Marketing, Enablement, and Field Engineering to align product goals.
