Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, sustaining engineering, integration engineering, SRE or related role.
• Strong troubleshoot­ing skills across cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and production environments.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java or similar technologies.
• Experience with databases, monitoring, logging, networking, and automation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across applications, APIs, cloud services and integrations.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes to improve reliability at scale.
• Design, build, and support integrations between factory environments, cloud platforms, internal systems, and third-party apps.
• Develop automation for onboarding, diagnostics, deployments, monitoring, and support.
• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to improve troubleshooting, incident response and knowledge management.
• Partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to solve high-impact business problems.
