Job summary

You will design, build, and support AI-enabled integrations, drive reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for private cloud and engineered systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, sustaining engineering, or a related role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and production environments.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across applications, APIs, cloud services, integrations, data pipelines, and factory systems.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and drive permanent fixes that improve reliability at scale.
• Design, build, and support integrations between factory environments, cloud platforms, internal systems, and third‑party applications.
• Develop automation that reduces manual effort across onboarding, diagnostics, deployments, monitoring, and support.
• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to improve troubleshooting, incident response, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.
