Job summary

You will lead integrations, build automation, apply AI/LMMs for troubleshooting, and collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to solve high-impact problems in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in software engineering, sustaining engineering, integration engineering, SRE, production engineering, or a related role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and production environments.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience with databases, monitoring, logging, networking, and automation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across applications, APIs, cloud services, integrations, data pipelines, and factory systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes that improve reliability at scale.
• Design, build, and support integrations between factory environments, cloud platforms, internal systems, and third-party applications.
• Develop automation that reduces manual effort across onboarding, diagnostics, deployments, monitoring, and support.
• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to improve troubleshooting, incident response, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.
• Partner across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to solve high-impact business problems.
