This client-facing technologist operates at the intersection of business process, solution architecture, and hands-on implementation, shaping AI-enabled engineering for complex enterprise environments. You will move from high‑level design to configuration, coding, integration, and production deployment, building reusable patterns and guiding delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience entering unfamiliar enterprise environments and mapping architecture.
• Ability to move from architecture to hands-on implementation.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in consulting or professional services.
• Identify reusable patterns from client work to inform capabilities.
• Operate with ambiguity and limited supervision in complex settings.
• Experience designing solutions using Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, VS Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Familiarity with AI-native and agentic software engineering methods.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise connectivity.
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and modern delivery practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess client engineering environments across architecture, tooling, testing, and deployment.
• Develop understanding of client business processes to tie engineering to outcomes.
• Map gaps and opportunities to Gradera service products and patterns.
• Translate findings into architectures, backlogs, and implementation plans.
• Operate as architect and hands-on engineer from design to deployment.
• Implement AI-native engineering solutions with client platforms and tools.
• Evaluate practices, identify risks, and drive improvements through implementation.
• Provide field-to-studio feedback to evolve Gradera's offerings.
• Partner with delivery teams to expand Intelligent Engineering capabilities.
