Job summary

Gradial is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead implementations of our AI platform directly with customers. This role is ideal for an experienced technically fluent builder who thrives at the intersection of engineering and problem solving.

You’ll be hands-on with code while shaping how brands modernize their content operations. As a Senior FDE, you’ll own full-stack development for enterprise deployments, translating real-world pain points into robust AI-native solutions and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or customer-facing implementation experience.
• Proficient in TypeScript with strong APIs and systems integration.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI pipelines and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and implementation for enterprise customers.
• Build, deploy and optimize features integrating customer systems with Gradial’s AI-native platform.
• Develop reusable adapters and configuration layers for scalable enterprise onboarding.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements and iterate in real time.
• Own performance, reliability and maintainability for deployed solutions from backend to UX.
