Job summary

ComPsych Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams, set technical standards, and own the health, reliability, and delivery of AI-driven software across our products.

You will partner with Product and Design, drive domain-level outcomes, and mentor engineers and managers to scale the organization with high ownership and autonomy.

This role comes with a full benefits package and a salary range of $225,000–$275,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers and managers across multiple teams.
• Ability to engage in design reviews for major tech stacks (Java, Python, C#) and reason about data models.
• Experience with production engineering across multi-team environments (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of secure, privacy-sensitive systems, PHI/HIPAA or similar contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering organization across multiple teams with high ownership.
• Establish a credible delivery system across teams with clear priorities and dependencies.
• Partner with Product and Design leadership on outcomes and execution at the domain level.
• Maintain engineering standards and health of production systems.
