Job summary

ComPsych Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-enabled product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, partnering with Engineering and Design to turn services into digital products.

You will own the roadmap, guide AI-accelerated discovery, draft AI-assisted requirements, and prototype with AI tools while applying your judgment before shipping. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional influence, and strong privacy Guardrails.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning products end to end.
• Strong partnership with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Backlog discipline: detailed stories, prioritization, and unblockers.
• Analytical, data-driven approach in Agile environments.
• AI is part of how you work, with measurable outputs.
• Judgment on when to trust AI, mindful of bias and privacy.
• Track record of adopting new tools and ways of working.
• Bonus: stealth/regulated data contexts or behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the business unit.
• Direct AI-accelerated discovery using customer input and market data.
• Draft AI-assisted requirements and validate scope and edge cases.
• Prototype with AI tools and test ideas with stakeholders.
• Turn AI-derived data into actionable decisions and experiments.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to align direction.
• Collaborate with PMs on prompts, templates, and guardrails.
• Other duties as assigned.
