Job summary

ComPsych, a world leader in organizational mental health and absence management, seeks a Senior Product Manager who uses AI across the lifecycle to shape how our product organization works. You will frame problems, validate AI outputs, and decide what matters, leveraging tools like Claude and ChatGPT daily to accelerate research and prototyping.

You will own the product strategy, partner with Engineering and Design, and drive AI-enabled discovery, requirements, and experimentation while ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning products end to end — strategy, roadmap, and execution — not just a slice of someone else's.
• Deep technical acumen and partnership with Engineering to make good calls without being told the answer.
• A backlog discipline with detailed stories, prioritization, and unblocking a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for your business unit and align leadership around it.
• Direct AI-accelerated discovery from interviews, tickets, and market research, applying judgment on what matters.
• Draft requirements with AI and validate scope, edge cases, and dependencies before engineering.
• Prototype with AI to generate interactive mockups and demos, testing ideas with stakeholders and users.
• Turn AI-surfaced data into decisions, identifying experiments and tracking success metrics.
• Engage with customers and internal teams, sharing product vision and direction.
• Raise the bar for how Product works with AI, building prompts and guardrails.
