Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation with revenue accountability.
• Experience building scalable, high-quality pipeline.
• Proficient with AI-enabled marketing tools and experimentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline and new logo revenue targets with direct accountability.
• Build and scale full-funnel demand programs across paid, organic, content, webinars, events.
• Apply AI-powered tools to accelerate campaign development and insights.
• Develop sophisticated audience segmentation by practice size, geography, signals.
• Design and optimize lead-to-opportunity funnel; landing pages, nurture, scoring, MQL-to-SQL.
• Use AI experimentation to test creative, messages, CTAs, emails and timing.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate positioning into messaging.
• Work with Sales and RevOps for clean attribution and revenue-linked reporting.
• Manage the demand budget with a data-driven, performance-first approach.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.
