Job summary

Ensora Health is seeking a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to own the strategy and execution for new logo acquisition, building scalable, data-driven programs that generate pipeline.

You will design full-funnel campaigns across paid, organic, content, webinars and events, using AI-enabled tools to accelerate development, segmentation, personalization, and testing. You will partner with Sales, RevOps and Product Marketing to ensure attribution, routing and revenue impact, while managing the demand

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation with direct ownership of pipeline & revenue targets.
• Proven ability to build demand programs that generate qualified, convertible pipeline.
• Strong analytical mindset with dashboards, funnel analysis, and data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on experience designing lead scoring, nurture programs, and MQL-to-SQL handoffs.
• Demonstrated use of AI-enabled tools for campaign creation, testing, personalization, or optimization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for ads, landing pages, and emails.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline and new logo revenue targets, with direct accountability for performance.
• Build and scale full-funnel demand programs across paid media, organic channels, content, webinars, and events.
• Apply AI-powered tools to accelerate campaign development, audience insights, personalization, testing, and optimization.
• Develop sophisticated audience segmentation by practice size, geography, and real-time signals.
• Design, operate, and optimize the lead-to-opportunity funnel, including landing pages and lead nurture.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps to ensure clean attribution, routing, and revenue reporting.
• Manage the demand generation budget with a performance-first mindset.
