Job summary

Healthie is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own content and campaigns fueling our acquisition engine. You’ll drive demand across paid, lifecycle, webinars, and lead generation, producing content with AI while applying human editorial judgment.

You’ll collaborate with the Director of User Acquisition, Lifecycle & Growth, and Partnerships to ensure every channel is fed and optimized. You’ll think in funnels, write precisely, and leverage AI to scale without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Proven track record of executing conversion-focused campaigns and full-funnel demand generation.
• Familiar with funnel metrics, attribution concepts, and optimization.
• Comfortable interviewing clinicians, product teams, and sales stakeholders to extract insights.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation campaigns across paid, lifecycle, webinars, and lead generation.
• Develop AI-driven content that aligns with brand and resonates with multiple buyer segments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and optimize funnel conversion.
