Job summary

Mews is hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager to design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEM, SEO, email, social and content. You will drive strategy, test with A/B, and use AI to speed analysis and scale proven approaches.

You’ll rely on HubSpot and Salesforce, report insights clearly, and work in a flexible, remote-first environment with hybrid options and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• AI fluency at level 3, able to redesign testing and reporting using AI.
• Proven track record of successful campaigns in technology or software.
• Comfort redesigning workflows with AI and validating AI insights before action.

Responsibilities

• Design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEM, SEO, email, social and content.
• Run A/B testing and CRO to improve campaign performance.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and scale effective approaches.
• Report campaign performance with clear, actionable recommendations.
