You'll collaborate with global teams, leverage HubSpot and Salesforce, and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations to improve campaigns and ROI. This role embraces remote-first collaboration across locations.

Qualifications

• AI Fluency Level 3 with impact on testing and reporting.
• Track record of successful campaigns in technology or software.
• Ability to redesign workflows with AI and govern AI-driven insights.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Comfort using data and analytics to shape decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEM, SEO, email, social, content) with strategic input.
• Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve performance.
• Use AI tools to speed up campaign analysis and create repeatable methods.
• Report on campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
