Job summary

EY is hiring a Senior Application Designer and Developer to shape intelligent platforms. You will gather requirements, design intuitive UIs for mobile, web, and tablets, and code robust components that meet business needs.

You’ll work in a team of engineers, data scientists, and designers, applying agile methods and AI-enabled approaches to deliver scalable solutions. Expect travel for client engagement and a hybrid work arrangement in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Typically, 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Experience designing robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Experience with authentication systems (Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, Azure AD).
• Experience with data visualization tools (D3, Highcharts, Plotly.js, Ember Charts) and dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience in TDD/unit testing and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define user requirements, focusing on UI across mobile, web, and tablets.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and engaging.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
• Build APIs and microservices and integrate with upstream/downstream components.
