Job summary

Amgen in Washington, DC area is seeking an AI Digital Product Sr Manager to lead a cross-functional team developing AI-powered solutions that accelerate discovery and streamline R&D workflows.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and business partners to deliver production-ready AI applications in 2–6 month cycles, driving adoption, KPI improvement, and cost efficiency across programs.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher in a relevant field with 6+ years IT/OT experience OR
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years IT/OT experience OR
• Diploma with 12+ years IT/OT experience
• Experience leading digital AI products and measuring product success

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI product strategy and roadmap for enterprise AI applications.
• Evaluate AI opportunities based on value, feasibility, impact and alignment.
• Partner with scientists, engineers, UX and business stakeholders to validate solutions.
• Deliver AI products from discovery to deployment with measurable business outcomes
