Job summary

Amgen in Washington, DC area is seeking an AI Digital Product Sr Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Amgen's Enterprise Agentic Platform. This role focuses on building a secure, cloud-native AI platform with reusable services, SDKs, APIs, and governance to empower AI engineers and data scientists.

You will partner with Responsible AI, security, and enterprise architecture to deliver a world-class developer experience while maintaining enterprise-grade security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading products, defining roadmaps, and tracking success.
• Strong technical fluency with cloud-native software and collaboration with engineers.
• Masters degree and 6 years of Product/AI/Information/Tech Systems experience OR
• Bachelors degree and 8 years of Product/AI/Information/Tech Systems experience OR
• Diploma and 12 years of Product/AI/Information/Tech Systems experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Ownership for Enterprise Agentic Platform in an Agile framework.
• Champion an exceptional developer experience through reusable SDKs, APIs, templates, documentation, and tooling.
• Scale Enterprise AI by driving end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to enterprise scale.
• Own platform health and adoption metrics including usage, developer experience, and reliability.
• Drive Responsible AI governance and policy enforcement with cross-functional teams.
