Job summary

Gradial in the United States is seeking a Forward Deployed Analyst to support customer deployments, product operations, and internal execution across our AI platform. This cross-functional role works with Product, Engineering, and Forward Deployed teams to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and help customers succeed across complex workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, business analysis, product operations, consulting, implementation, or a similar technical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer implementations by configuring workflows and validating deployments.
• Troubleshoot product issues and collaborate with Engineering to resolve problems.
• Perform QA testing on new features, releases, and customer configurations.
• Build and maintain internal documentation and implementation guides.
• Analyze customer requests to identify trends and improvements.
• Assist with configuring integrations across CMS, DAM, and marketing technology platforms.
• Help automate manual processes using AI tools and internal workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer initiatives and product launches.
• Support internal projects across implementations, support, and product operations.
• Continuously improve internal systems, documentation, and processes.
