Job summary

Fin in San Francisco is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Consultant to lead complex customer deployments of our AI-powered customer service platform. You will blend project management with hands-on configuration, translating customer requirements into actionable plans and ensuring value at scale.

You’ll work with engineers on technical work and drive end-to-end delivery while shaping deployment strategy and best practices. Hybrid work is available with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles.
• Experience delivering large, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
• Hands-on platform configuration; comfortable with APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Strong judgment under ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Daily use of AI tooling to accelerate delivery.
• Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CX platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget aligned with customer goals and GTM needs.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into technical and project plans.
• Configure the Fin platform hands-on (automation, workflows, analytics) and ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve technical hurdles.
• Coordinate readiness activities: integrations, migrations, security reviews.
• Drive risk management, reporting cadence, escalation paths, and documented decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to shape deployment strategy.
• Contribute to Deployment Services templates and best practices.
• Apply AI tooling to delivery work and share learnings.
