Job summary

Fin is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Consultant in Chicago to lead large, complex customer deployments of our AI-powered platform. You will blend project management with hands-on platform configuration, guiding customers on measuring AI impact and delivering value at scale.

You’ll work with engineers to handle technical work and own the project strategy, timeline, and delivery in a collaborative environment that values execution excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing implementation roles within SaaS/AI environments.
• Track record of delivering large, complex projects on time and on budget.
• Fluent with APIs, data flows, and integration patterns; can distinguish config vs engineering issues.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence executives and technical teams.
• Strong judgment under ambiguity; can prioritize and move quickly in fast-paced settings.
• Daily use of AI tooling to accelerate discovery, docs, and assets; able to share learnings.
• Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CX platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment programs for large customers, serving as primary contact.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget to align with customer goals and support models.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Hands-on configuration of the Fin platform including automation, workflows, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to tackle complex technical hurdles.
• Coordinate data migrations, integrations, and security reviews.
• Maintain risk logs, reporting cadence, and clear escalation paths to ensure project success.
• Shape deployment strategy with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D, feeding field learnings into the roadmap.
• Apply AI tooling to delivery workflows to speed up discovery, documentation, and asset creation.
