Job summary

Polimorphic builds AI-powered tools that streamline local governments and improve resident experience. We’re seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead customer deployments across the Polimorphic platform.

You’ll translate use cases into implementation plans, coordinate stakeholders, and drive on-time onboarding with no-code configuration and integrations. You’ll work with CS, Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure successful handoffs and value realization.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, technology adoption consulting, or project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with technical concepts (APIs, integrations, user permissions, data imports).
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated passion for emerging technologies and their real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of Polimorphic capabilities across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to adoption.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align expectations and deliver deployments on schedule.
• Track and report implementation progress to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively communicating blockers and dependencies.
