Job summary

Polimorphic is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Chelsea, NYC, building the next generation of government technology. You’ll work across the platform, delivering features that millions of constituents rely on, including AI-powered tools and citizen-facing workflows.

Our stack includes React/TypeScript and Django/Python; prior experience with either is not required, but familiarity is a plus. This in-person role emphasizes collaboration with government clients and cross-functional

About the Role & Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our stellar team to build the next generation of government technology. You’ll work across our entire platform, developing both core infrastructure and our cutting-edge AI features.

• Build the key features our clients (cities, counties, and states) use. Your work will touch millions of people every time they interact with their local government.

• Incorporate feedback from our users across America.

• Partner with customers and our product team to shape product features and vision

• Contribute to a platform that leverages AI to transform constituent-government interactions

• Our stack is built in React/Typescript & Django/Python. Experience in either is not required

• We are based in Chelsea - NYC and are an in person team
