Job summary

Giga, a real-time AI customer experience platform, is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to scale our FDE organization. You will own the hardest enterprise deployments, architect agent systems for Fortune 500 environments, and build tooling to speed future deployments.

You will mentor engineers, set engineering bar, run architecture discussions with customer teams, and drive platform improvements. The role requires 5+ years of production software experience, deep Python/API/cloud skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software engineering experience.
• Experience building scalable enterprise-grade deployments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to mentor and lead engineers in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardest deployments end-to-end for Fortune 500 environments.
• Architect agent systems and enterprise integrations with timely delivery.
• Build deployment tooling and reusable patterns.
• Lead design reviews and mentor FDE I/II engineers.
• Engage with customer engineering leaders during architecture discussions.
