Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a Senior AI Forward Deployed Engineer to lead an enterprise AI transformation across North America. You will identify high-impact opportunities, design scalable AI-enabled workflows, and deliver production-grade solutions that improve how teams work.

The role requires hands-on AI engineering, a strong software foundation, and the ability to translate business needs into reliable systems.

Qualifications

8+ years combined experience across software engineering, applied AI/ML, data engineering, or enterprise architecture.
Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications or agent systems.
Strong software engineering foundation: API design, backend services, cloud-native architecture, system integration, testing discipline, maintainable code practices.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scoped AI/software solutions; communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Experience embedding with business domain teams to reimagine legacy workflows as AI-enabled solutions.
Experience delivering internal AI applications, workflow automation, or AI-enabled business processes.

Responsibilities

Drive enterprise AI transformation initiatives from opportunity discovery through design and adoption.
Design and build AI-enabled workflows and agent-based solutions for process improvement and automation.
Design scalable AI/data architectures linking enterprise systems and modern data platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to translate processes into AI solutions.
Create transformation artifacts like roadmaps, blueprints, and progress reporting.
