Leadout Capital is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You will craft multi-agent orchestration, data grounding, and API integrations across Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and core ERPs.

You will work with AI agents, grounding pipelines, and tool protocols while collaborating with Deployment Strategists and AI Engineers. Travel 25–30% for on-site deployments is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery with production AI deployments.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex for production code.
• Deep experience with LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines for enterprise data.
• API design and agent protocols (REST/SOAP/webhooks, MCP) in production.
• Experience bridging AI agents with legacy ERP systems via middleware.
• Strong data modeling, schema design, and asynchronous integration patterns.
• Ability to whiteboard architecture with CTOs/VPs while writing code.
• Familiarity with enterprise automation tools and AI platforms.
• Experience with integrated enterprise apps and deployment infra (Kafka, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data governance and master data systems; willing to travel 25-30% on-site.

• Design and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Build multi-agent orchestration and tool-calling logic for autonomous workflows.
• Develop real-time data grounding systems using RAG, vector stores, and knowledge bases.
• Create APIs and pipelines linking Agentforce to Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and ERPs.
• Incorporate AI tools into daily developer workflows and deploy code rapidly.
• Build telemetry dashboards to monitor agent health and business outcomes.
• Serve as bridge between deployments and Salesforce product/engineering teams.
