Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Senior AI Delivery Consultant in Mountain View to lead AI solution deployments for global enterprise customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, govern delivery milestones, and ensure measurable business outcomes from Workforce AI investments.

The role requires executive stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and proven delivery leadership across complex programs in enterprise SaaS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise SaaS delivery and program management experience.
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise deployments.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer execution from design handoff through HyperCare.
• Develop delivery plans, strategies, and governance.
• Establish milestones, success measures, and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Drive testing, launch readiness, adoption, and transition to Customer Success.
• Lead governance reviews and manage delivery risks.
• Capture lessons learned to improve global delivery.
