Job summary

Namely is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to act as a force multiplier for Services, Support, and Partners. You will design, build, and deploy reusable IP, AI-enabled workflows, and productized accelerators that scale delivery across regulated industries, turning bespoke deployments into repeatable assets.

You will work hands-on to create automation, configuration templates, and integration patterns, translating new Cornerstone capabilities into repeatable delivery patterns while

Qualifications

• 8+ years in services/solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on ability to design and build technical solutions in enterprise SaaS.
• AI/automation tooling and responsible application to delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy reusable IP and accelerators to compress delivery time and raise quality.
• Prototype proofs-of-concept and production-grade solution accelerators hands-on.
• Translate Cornerstone product capabilities into repeatable, outcome-based delivery patterns.
• Establish reference architectures and solution blueprints for deploying Cornerstone in complex environments.
• Productize AI-enabled, repeatable delivery to scale capacity without headcount growth.
• Embed AI into delivery workflows and develop automated approaches for training models.
• Maintain delivery frameworks, playbooks, and infrastructure templates as best practices.
• Measure effectiveness of deployed IP and iterate based on field results.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define scope.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
