Job summary

Robots & Pencils seeks a Staff Forward Deployed AI Engineer to lead design, delivery, and adoption of AI/ML systems inside client environments. You own architecture, drive end-to-end delivery, and partner with clients to land measurable outcomes.

You will embed as a technical leader, define AI architecture, guide model development and optimization, and tackle integration challenges in live enterprise settings. Expect reliability, security, and scale to be core concerns from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end AI/ML deployments in enterprise environments.
• Strong architectural design and system integration skills.
• Proven ability to partner with clients and delivery teams.

Responsibilities
