Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a senior program manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI-enabled healthcare programs. The role interacts with clinical, operational, IT, security, and executive stakeholders across discovery, validation, production launch, and expansion, setting standards and coaching peers.

Responsibilities include coordinating across multiple teams, managing dependencies such as EHRs and APIs, and driving governance, risk classification, and exit criteria.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, product delivery, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional software or platform programs from discovery to production adoption.
• Experience delivering technology in regulated healthcare or life sciences environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare programs from discovery through production launch and transition.
• Partner with clinical, operational, IT, security, and executive stakeholders to map workflows and success measures.
• Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear program scope, milestones, ownership, and exit criteria.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, AI/ML, platform, infrastructure, security, legal, and customer teams.
• Drive AI-governance readiness including risk classification, validation planning, audit evidence, and production sign-off.
