EY's Office of the CTO seeks senior engineers for the Advanced Forward Engineering team, embedding with strategic clients to design, build, and deliver AI-native systems in regulated environments like tax, finance, and risk.

You will own end-to-end delivery, write production-grade code (LangGraph, Python), and ensure solutions are auditable, secure, and trusted in production, partnering with platform, security, and governance teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years delivering complex software systems in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying distributed systems, APIs, integrations, or data-intensive applications.
• Practical experience with modern AI stacks (LLM-backed, agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks).
• Proven track record owning delivery in real-world conditions.
• Production-grade code under compliance, performance and reliability constraints.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, architecture, security and governance teams.

Aufgaben

• Embed directly with client teams to frame problems and define delivery paths.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes from shaping to deployment and sustainment.
• Implement and manage AI-enabled workflows and integrations using platform capabilities.
• Write and review production-quality code aligned with enterprise standards.
• Make real-time tradeoffs balancing functionality, cost, and risk, and explain decisions.
• Ensure compliance with security, AI integrity, and FinOps constraints.
• Capture field learnings and feedback to improve platform evolution.
• Collaborate with integration, platform, and architecture teams to enable repeatable delivery patterns.
