EY is seeking senior engineers for the Advanced Forward Engineering team, embedding with clients to deliver AI-native systems. You will own end-to-end delivery, write production-quality code, and work with platform, architecture, security, and governance partners in a regulatory setting.

Role emphasizes pragmatic tradeoffs, reliability, and trust in production environments, with a hybrid client-facing delivery model across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex software systems in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying distributed systems, APIs, integrations, or data‑intensive applications.
• Experience with modern AI application stacks (e.g., LLM-backed systems, agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks).
• Proven track record owning delivery in real-world conditions.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with client teams to frame problems and define delivery paths under regulatory constraints.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes from shaping through deployment and sustainment.
• Implement and manage AI-enabled workflows, agentic systems, and integrations using approved platform capabilities.
• Write production‑quality code aligned with enterprise delivery standards.
