Vizient seeks a senior leader to drive enterprise adoption and evolution of the AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC). You will establish governance, operating models, and enablement programs to accelerate AI delivery maturity across product, engineering, data, and business teams.

Formación
- 7+ years of experience leading enterprise Agile transformations and AI delivery.
- 5+ years leading Agile, Lean, AI delivery, or enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple teams.
- Experience developing enterprise operating models, governance frameworks, and adoption strategies.
- Strong knowledge of AI development lifecycles, responsible AI principles, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership to influence organizational strategy.
Responsabilidades
- Lead enterprise-wide adoption and continuous improvement of Vizient's AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) with scalable operating models and governance practices.
- Develop and execute AI-DLC adoption strategies, maturity models, success metrics, and enablement initiatives.
- Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership on AI delivery maturity and governance.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management to align AI delivery with enterprise strategy.
- Lead transformation initiatives by assessing capabilities, identifying risks, and implementing coaching and adoption strategies.
- Define and monitor enterprise adoption metrics and executive reporting to evaluate AI delivery effectiveness.
- Establish and lead enterprise communities of practice to foster collaboration and continuous learning.
