Job summary
Vizient, Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to drive adoption and continuous evolution of the AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) across product, engineering, data, and business teams.
You will establish enterprise operating models, governance, and enablement programs to accelerate AI transformation and measurable business outcomes. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to advance AI capabilities, promote responsible AI, and deliver scalable delivery practices that
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Eng, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years leading enterprise Agile transformations and AI delivery.
- 5+ years leading Agile, Lean, AI delivery or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience developing and implementing enterprise operating models, governance frameworks, and adoption strategies.
- Strong knowledge of AI development lifecycles and responsible AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI-DLC adoption strategies and governance practices.
- Collaborate with executives to align AI delivery with enterprise strategy.
- Define adoption metrics and executive reporting to evaluate progress.
- Develop coaching programs, organizational change, and enablement initiatives.
- Mentor AI delivery coaches and transformation leaders.
- Establish enterprise communities of practice.
