Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise AI adoption and the AI Development Lifecycle across product, engineering, data, and business groups.

You will build governance, operating models, and enablement programs to scale responsible AI delivery and deliver measurable business outcomes. Collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams, you will shape strategy, maturity, and metrics while mentoring AI delivery coaches and driving continuous improvement to strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years leading enterprise Agile transformations and AI delivery leadership.
• 5+ years guiding cross-team initiatives in product, engineering, and data domains.
• Experience developing operating models, governance frameworks, and adoption strategies.
• Strong knowledge of AI development lifecycles and responsible AI principles.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to influence enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide adoption and continuous improvement of Vizient's AI DLC with scalable models and governance.
• Develop and execute AI DLC adoption strategies, maturity models, success metrics, and enablement initiatives.
• Advise executive leadership on AI delivery maturity, governance, and transformation planning.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, Legal, and Risk to align AI delivery with strategy.
• Lead organizational change, coaching programs, and adoption strategies to accelerate AI maturity.
• Define, monitor, and report on enterprise adoption metrics and executive dashboards.
• Establish communities of practice and foster a culture of collaboration and responsible AI.
