Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to define and drive the enterprise AI adoption and enablement strategy across the organization.

You will establish scalable frameworks, operating models and engagement strategies that accelerate AI adoption, drive measurable business value, and foster sustained behavior change. Qualifications

• 7+ years leading enterprise adoption, enablement, AI transformation, or similar initiatives.
• Proven ability to build scalable frameworks and operating models.
• Experience partnering with senior business, technology, product, learning, and change mgmt stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI adoption and enablement strategy, including persona development and engagement models.
• Establish scalable frameworks for AI training, certification programs, communities of practice, and champion networks.
• Develop a persona-based AI solutioning model and enterprise scaling.
• Lead measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, productivity outcomes, and business value.
• Establish governance models for AI tools and lifecycle management.
• Translate insights into executive-level communications and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Business Technology Product Owners and Technical Leads to align enablement with roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Organizational Change Management and Learning teams to align training and messaging.
• Influence senior stakeholders across IT, DEX, and business units to drive adoption.
• Lead, coach, and develop up to two direct reports.
