Qualifications

• 7+ years leading enterprise Agile transformations and AI delivery.
• 5+ years coordinating cross-team enterprise initiatives.
• Experience developing operating models, governance frameworks and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide adoption of Vizient's AI-DLC with scalable models and governance.
• Develop adoption strategies, maturity metrics, and enablement programs.
• Advise executives on AI delivery maturity and transformation planning.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Legal and Risk.
• Drive transformation initiatives, assess capabilities, manage risks, and adoption strategies.
• Define and report enterprise adoption metrics and KPIs.
• Lead communities of practice and foster collaborative culture.
• Mentor AI delivery coaches and evaluate emerging governance practices.
