Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Sr. AI Delivery & Operations Engineer in Chicago, IL, Irving, TX, or Edina, MN. You will anchor the AI delivery squad, engineering end-to-end AI applications, RAG solutions, and model-powered APIs, ensuring secure, scalable enterprise deployments.

You will establish engineering standards, implement observability, maintain AI quality, and mentor teams while collaborating with product leaders and stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in software engineering.
• Experience building production AI applications with post-deploy monitoring and operational support.
• Experience with cloud-native development, containers, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise AI applications and AI-powered solutions across the delivery lifecycle.
• Serve as a technical lead for the AI delivery squad, driving scalable and maintainable AI solutions.
• Build and enhance reusable AI Factory capabilities and platform components to accelerate adoption.
• Support AI operations, observability, logging, incident response, and production support.
