Job summary

Vizient in Minnesota is seeking an hands-on AI Quality Engineer to drive the design, development, and execution of AI Quality Engineering initiatives supporting Vizient's enterprise AI transformation efforts. You will implement AI validation processes, AI-native testing approaches, runtime quality controls, and scalable testing frameworks for responsible deployment of AI-powered business solutions.

You will partner with AI Engineering, AIOps, Security, Governance, Clinical, Data, and Product

Qualifications

Advanced degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years in Quality Engineering or QA for enterprise apps.
2+ years leading testing initiatives or automation programs.
Experience with AI-powered applications, ML or LLM workflows preferred.
Experience in healthcare tech or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI Quality Engineering strategies for AI-powered apps and LLM solutions.
Develop scalable AI testing frameworks and validation datasets.
Lead AI validation activities including functional, prompt, and regression testing.
Collaborate with AI, Security, Governance, Data, and Product teams to scale QA processes.
Mentor Quality Engineers and promote modern QA practices.
Support runtime reliability with observability, telemetry, and incident response.
