Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering, ML/AI engineering, or decision intelligence experience.
• Strong Python engineering experience building production AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience integrating enterprise AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI).
• Ability to map business processes into formal decision models and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and formally model business decision processes with objectives, constraints, and policies.
• Break complex processes into decision graphs and optimization opportunities.
• Determine where rules, predictive models, RL, or agentic systems add value.
• Design and implement production agent workflows with LangGraph/ LangChain.
• Lead AI engineers, establish standards, review designs, drive execution.
